About This Project
This 2-family required a complete renovation, with even most of the beams in the building replaced. The layout was completely re-conceived, which helped maximize rents, while providing both residences with access to coveted outdoor space. Kaito managed all aspects of project, including picking all finishes and provided day-to-day construction oversight.
