Kaito oversaw every aspect of this prime Park Slope 3-family renovation. In addition to increasing useable square footage by duplexing the parlor level apartment with the cellar space (previously not accessable to tenants), all beams and joists were replaced and spray foam insulation and sound-proofing was added to the entire building. Brand new plumbing, electrical and classically designed new finishes were added to dramatically increase net operating income from previous condition.
